• Attention to details is essential as is the following of the banks procedural guidelines and escalation procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Payment Research starts when customer calls the contact center regarding his/her payment related issues on credit cards. Sometimes due to Bank error/Customer error, payments do not get posted to correct a/c (such as Credit cards/DDA/Savings/Loan or mortgage). 
• Payment inquiries are received by fax, e-mail, phone, or mail correspondence through Customer Service or directly by the Payment Research team.
